I wanted to remind everyone we have a great deal of presentation tools available to you on our intranet site under the company forms section. One specifically is our pre-formatted lisitng presentation. The presentation is done in PowerPoint and highlights key marketing tools our agents have at their fingertips. These items, when supplemented with your own personal marketing, should give you a significant competitive advantage over our competition.
One of the reasons I chose to highlight these today was because as I looked through the presentations, I realized how many different ways we have to produce buyers from the marketing we do. It was a great reminder of some of the steps our agents can take to help generate more buyers to work with. I have attached both the WA and ID Presentations. If nothing else, take a look at the tools available make sure you are doing everything possible to attract buyers!

Spokane had 7 new accepted offers and closed 8 sides of business this week. Through the month of June the Spokane Office and Liberty Lake offices are #2 in the region by closed commission dollars and by sides closed.
