 Relocation  had 3 closed outbound referral this past week.  

Mike Bass had an outstanding TDE rate of 4.72% on his last corporate deal.  Outstanding based upon the fact that we are asked to keep the TDE less than 17%!  Way to go Mike!

 Coeur d’Alene had 27 new accepted offers and closed 41 sides of business this week. Through the month of April the Coeur d’Alene Office is the number 1 office in the nation by closed commission dollars and the number 3 office in the nation by closed units.   I would also like to recognize some “Shining Stars” on our staff who were recognized by agents this past week… congratulations to Kristan Noel.  Your commitment to Unparalleled Service and Respect is clearly recognized by your peers and is appreciated by all of us! 

Spokane had 10 new accepted offers and closed 17 sides of business this week.  Through the month of April the Spokane Office is the number 3 office in the region by closed commission dollars and by sides closed.   A special thank you to Leslie Beal for your flexibility in covering Liberty Lake and Spokane front desks this past week! 

 Liberty Lake had 5 new accepted offers and closed 8 sides of business this week.  Reminder everyone… Realtor Blood Drive Friday, May 28th from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM… Come early, bleed often… Hope to see you there – this is our chance to show how we Care for the Community.
