We had some wonderful market share news this week from Carrie at our Coeur d’Alene Sales meeting. The CDA Office is up over 2% points from our 2009 market share. We now control 26.68% of the closed market share in the Coeur d’Alene MLS – a full 7% points over our closest competitor. A heads up for all agents… On Wednesday, June 9th at 8:30 AM during our Coeur d’Alene Office Team Meeting we will have a special presentation from CENTURY 21 Senior Marketing Director, Becky Beyer. (Liberty Lake and Spokane Agents, please join us!) Becky will be speaking about CENTURY 21 marketing initiatives. I have known Becky for many years and always been impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. I spoke with her today and she talked a lot about now being the time for agents to take market share from their competitors. I am confident this will be a valuable presentation for you all.
