Coeur d’Alene had 25 new accepted offers and closed 37 sides of business this week. Through the month of April the Coeur d’Alene Office is the number 1 office in the nation by closed commission dollars and the number 3 office in the nation by closed units.

Wendy is available to perform unlicensed Assistant activities for anyone who would like to contract with her for her services.
She has two packages of services available. The first is the Enhanced Listing Package, with this package, Wendy will submit your completed listing to MLS, upload your photos to MLS and Crest, and enhance your listing on all the various websites Century 21 Beutler & Associates offers. She will also enhance your listings on your personal website.
Her second package is a Transaction Coordination package. Services include processing paperwork generated by you, scheduling 3rd party vendors (inspectors, contractors, etc.), communicating with bookkeeping, title company and lender regarding transaction, and organizing your file through the closing.
Please come introduce yourself to Wendy and get more information about the specific services she has to offer along with her pricing. Wendy is an independent contractor, just like all of you. Wendy comes highly recommended by a top CENTURY 21 office in California. She has provided these same services in CA for the past several years. The recommendations come from the agents she assisted.
