As I mentioned in an e-mail earlier this week, the Senate approved an extention to the closing date for tax credit properties from June 30th to September 30th.  This is not yet signed around legislation.  As soon as it is, we will let you know.  Let us know if you have questions!

Coeur d’Alene had 31 new accepted offers and closed 19 sides of business this week. Through the month of April the Coeur d’Alene Office is the number 1 office in the nation by closed commission dollars and the number 3 office in the nation by closed units.

Spokane had 8 new accepted offers and closed 9 sides of business this week.  Through the month of April the Spokane Office and Liberty Lake offices are #3 in the region by closed commission dollars and by sides closed.    

 Liberty Lake had 3 new accepted offers and closed 1 sides of business this week.  Through the month of April the Spokane Office and Liberty Lake offices are #3 in the region by closed commission dollars and by sides closed.
