I talked at our meetings this week about the importance of staying on top of real estate news.  I know it can be very time consuming.  One item I mentioned is the use of twitter to help accomplish this.  Simply go to www.twitter.com and follow the instructions to set up an account.  After this is complete, search for Century 21 and start following their account.  You can then either log in to twitter or better yet set your account up on your smart phone and have the news delivered daily.

Coeur d’Alene had 27 Accepted Offers and 32 Closed Sides this week. Through the month of March the Coeur d’Alene Office is the number 3 office in the nation by closed commission dollars and the number 5 office in the nation by closed units.

Spokane had 11 new accepted offers and closed 12 sides of business this week.  Through the month of March the Spokane Office and Liberty Lake offices are #2 in the region by closed commission dollars and #4 by sides closed.
