In 1990, John and Ann Beutler opened an independent real estate brokerage in Coeur d’Alene, ID – John Beutler & Associates – with only a handful of real estate agents. The company acquired the CENTURY 21® franchise in 1997 and has grown into one of the most successful CENTURY 21® offices worldwide.
Our mission is to foster a real estate organization which is staffed with talented, knowledgeable professionals who stand by clients, colleagues and the community with integrity and an unparalleled consideration for the distinct needs and best interests of each.

No matter where you live in the Inland Northwest, we can make it happen for you! Our Inland Northwest Network spans two states and two distinct market areas; eastern Washington (Spokane and vicinity), northern Idaho (Coeur d’Alene and vicinity).
