Coeur d’Alene had 22 Accepted Offers and 39 Closed Sides this week. Through the month of July the Coeur d’Alene Office is the number 12 office in the nation by closed commission dollars and the number 14 office in the nation by closed units.

Spokane had 11 new accepted offers and closed 10 sides of business this week. Through the month of July the Spokane Office and Liberty Lake offices are #2 in the region by closed commission dollars and #5 by sides closed.  Special congratulations to Gayle Terry, Tracy Penna, and Marilyn Amato for being in the Spokane Association of Realtors top ten in sales in August.  Congratulations to Denise Fox for being number 1 in listings sold in August and for being in the top ten in sales year to date!

At our Coeur d’Alene meeting I presented a simply flier this week which CENTURY 21 provides.  It is a double sided flier on staging.  I was talking with one of our top agents today and he commented he will be using it as a mailer to his sellers.  I thought it was a great idea.  Here is the flier: staging flier.

On another note, our contract with Realtor.com is coming up.  Your manager will be talking with you to discuss whether or not you want to continue with this program.  If you have any questions on this in the mean time, please come see one of us.

I talked at our meetings this week about the importance of staying on top of real estate news.  I know it can be very time consuming.  One item I mentioned is the use of twitter to help accomplish this.  Simply go to www.twitter.com and follow the instructions to set up an account.  After this is complete, search for Century 21 and start following their account.  You can then either log in to twitter or better yet set your account up on your smart phone and have the news delivered daily.
